Almost 20 years ago, the company I led won runner up in the LMI International Prize for Leadership Improvement when working with Neale.  More recently, Neale has worked accross the Organisation to raise the level of Personal Effectiveness of key people, enabling a positive shift in cultural behaviour and attitudes. 

4) Describe the relationship your business has with Redworth Coaching.

Working closely with Redworth Coaching is an essential part of my toolkit as CEO.  The relationships that have been built and mentoring support provided mean that their influence can reach deep into the organisation to lasting effect and benefit.  As a CEO I could not achieve the results I am looking for, in terms of cultural transformation, without this level of trusted expertise, working in tandem with the  senior management team, to achieve our goals.

I had seen the work Neale had undertaken with our business advisors and was interested to see how his advice could support A V Dawson’s longer term strategy.  This was a major step for us to take as a business as we had never previously used advice at such a strategic level.  I’m pleased to say this decision has proved to be a great one for our business.
