Silje Howes

Silje is a Norwegian who loves the mountains and adores the sea. She settled on the English shores when she married a Brit, and is the mother of three teenage children.

Silje started her career in youth work and charity sector, and continues to coach young leaders as part of her current work in leadership development. She loves teaching and mentoring, helping people find their purpose and explore their passions.

Silje is an inspirational trainer, coach, speaker and facilitator with an informal style and depth of personal experience. She has written and facilitated training courses in personal development, resilience, and goal setting that she delivers to business and non-profit organisations.

Her own experience of, and journey with, chronic pain and amputation makes her an empathetic and credible voice for those who face challenges of all kinds, in both their personal and professional life. Silje has the ability to engage people in honest conversations around their work and personal development. Always encouraging the pursuit of growth and taking positive actions, no matter how big or small, in line with your values and goals.

Outside of work she loves to combine a good podcast with a walk. She also loves boardgames with the family, autumnal colours, time with friends, good coffee and tasty food.
