About Redworth Coaching
Redworth Coaching was started in June 2003 by Neale Carter. After 25 years combined experience in the Retail, Marketing, People and Product Development and Business Consultancy sectors, Neale, developed a specialist set of skills he felt he wanted to reinvest into developing other business professionals, and as a result, Redworth Coaching was formed.
Working with Leadership Management International (LMI), Redworth Coaching delivers a number of programs including the Total Leadership Programme and Effective Personal Leadership. In 2023, the company developed a relationship with Genos to add Emotional Intelligence (EI) Development to its portfolio of services. They also partnered with Jo Munroe and can offer HR Services to clients.
